Demonstration Section Working Model of 4 Stroke Diesel Engine

AEC-IELT-007

A cut-section working model of a 4-stroke diesel engine to demonstrate compression ignition, fuel injection, and valve operation.

#4StrokeDieselEngine#CutSectionModel#CompressionIgnition#FuelInjection
Calibration cert included 48-hr quote

Overview

The Demonstration Section Working Model of the 4 Stroke Diesel Engine is a slow-rotating cut-section display that exposes the internal mechanism of a compression ignition engine. Students can observe the pistons, connecting rod, crankshaft, camshaft, valves, and fuel injector in operation, with each of the four strokes clearly identifiable through colour coding and slow motorised rotation. This model bridges theoretical knowledge of the diesel cycle with physical understanding of engine hardware. It is particularly useful before students move on to live engine performance testing, helping them visualise how compression ratio, valve timing, and injection timing interact in a diesel engine.
